Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, including logistics, planning, and inventory management, to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong team leadership abilities and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics to drive operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Operations skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end processes in manufacturing or consumer products.

• Candidates should possess expertise in Production Planning, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
\n
• Candidates should possess Procurement skills, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, cost management, and vendor performance monitoring.
\n
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, build KPIs, and drive decisions that improve efficiency and service levels.
\n
• Experience in organic, natural, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing, and familiarity with USDA organic or similar regulatory standards, is highly beneficial.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and change management in a growth-oriented environment.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
