Job Description
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a new family medicine clinic in Apache Junction, AZ. The practice is looking for someone that is committed to providing the highest quality family medicine, must be self-motivated and compassionate. This new clinic is affiliated with and located inside Heavens Urgent Care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. All documentation is in an electronic health record, must be comfortable with computer charting. Experience with Athena is an asset. Must have current Arizona license and DEA license in good standing. The successful candidate will provide frontline care to routine and same-day urgent patients of all ages. Experience providing thorough Medicare annual wellness visits is preferred. Medicare and Medicare advantage plans make up the majority of our patient’s insurances. You will work both independently and as part of a team with physicians, medical assistants and other staff. The practice is in a medically underserved area with many winter visitors and is growing rapidly.
