Every launch, formula tweak, and packaging update touches nearly every team at Clean Skin Club, and you are the person who makes sure all of it moves forward together. You will build relationships with leads across R&D, Design, Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, Partnerships, and Social, becoming the connector everyone comes to when they need a straight answer. You will surface risk early, drive every meeting to clear next steps, and keep the whole team honest about where things stand.Who You AreYou know your way around a formal project timeline and are comfortable owning a project across departments. You are a direct communicator, with the ability to stay calm under pressure while fighting fires. You are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in a high growth environment, and can wear multiple hats. This role is a great fit if you are curious about how a business runs end to end, since you will be working daily with every function at the company.
