LOCATION: Downtown Austin - Seaholm District.
SCHEDULE: 5 days per week (40 hours): 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. It may include weekends.
PAY RATE: $20 per hour.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of a luxury condominium community. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on skills who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work.
