Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and continuously enhance massage skills through professional development opportunities.
Requirements: Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa setting. Proficiency in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
